Q1. Do I need an account to place an order?

        Nope, you don't need to have an account to place an order with Evapeshop. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out.  When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.  Doing so won't create an account and it won't result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.

Having an account is pretty handy. You'll be able to see your order history, any wish lists you've created, and the shipping addresses you've used will be saved for future purchases. An account can be created before you start shopping by clicking the "create my account" button (image below), before you check out and place your order, and immediately after your order is placed.


Q2. What payment methods do you accept?

        Evapeshop is one of the best Online Stores of Pakistan where you can easily shop for your favorite Gadgets. Evapeshop proposes a shopping experience that remains unmatched in Pakistan. We import branded products from all over the world. The only thing that matters to team is our Customers. Thus, we have various payment options to cater for the convenience of our clients.

1) Cash Payments 

In some cases, for the safety of our customer, to prevent any fraudulent issues and to process their order “Cash Payment” is compulsory. Such cases are when you live in a different city, your order is beyond our COD limit, or when you insist on paying cash before the delivery. If you need any further information regarding cash payment, you can contact us.


2) Cash on Delivery

        For your convenience, Evapeshop has an option to receive payments at the time of the delivery at your doorsteps. COD will exclusively be accepted in the local currency of Pakistan, as demonstrated during checkout. No other currency will be accepted. When a COD parcel is dispatched, the courier will contact you within 2-5 days to verify the purchase, delivery location, and approved delivery time slot for your ease. Upon shipment, the carrier will secure the amount payable for the total order including delivery. But you have to send some advance payment to confirm your order as we import quality products that are limited in quantity. So if you like something, confirm your order immediately. In most cases, we require 10 to 50 percent advance payments, rest to be paid on delivery.

3) Easy Paisa Payments

        Easy Paisa Payments is a recently introduced way in Pakistan and is convenient for most of the people. You can also transfer your due amount via Easy Paisa on this number (with details) given below:

Q3. What shipping methods do you provide?

        Cash On Delivery

        If you prefer to pay cash at the time of delivery then you can also do so by selecting the option of Cash on Delivery. Delivery time for “cash on delivery” option is a little longer than advance payment. You will usually get your product in 3 to 5 days after the ordering day.

        You have to, however, send some advance payment as a security fee. As stated before, you will get your product in a maximum of 5 days after ordering and you can pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery.

        The mode of shipment is through TCS.

        These are two major forms of payment and their respective delivery times.

        Whereas there are some products that we do not always have available at our warehouse in Pakistan, those are termed as “ON ORDER” Products, and their delivery time is usually higher.

        Whichever method you choose, you can be sure that you will get a high quality and genuine product, always.

        The time mentioned above is estimated time, and if everything goes well, you will get your products as soon as possible.

Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We will also email you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees. 

 

You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable. 


You will be responsible for shipping charges for non defective returns. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. When your original shipping was free, our cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refunded amount. 


Alternative Devices: 

Alternative devices must to be fully cleaned prior to return. If you ship your item back containing any form of media and the item is confiscated (not received at our facility) we will not be held responsible for your loss. If the item is received and has any residual smell or media particles, the return will receive a 15% return processing fee. 


Promotional Term & Conditions: 

Promotional items are listed as final sale. If the promotional item is deemed defective, store credit or refund will be the only options. Promotional items will not be replaced. If other items from a promotional sale order are returned, the promotional item must be returned. If the promotional item is not returned, the non-promotional price of the item will be deducted from your compensation. 


Refused Orders: 

If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund. 


Note: If utilizing an approved Prepaid Card, Evapeshop will attempt to refund the payment method within the scope of our refund policy. Evapeshop is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event that the cardholder no longer has possession of the Prepaid Card utilized in the transaction. 


We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
