All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. Domestic orders have the option of either FedEx or USPS or Leopards or TCS. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).
For FedEx and Leopards or TCS orders, any shipping confirmations received between Saturday-Sunday, those packages will not leave our warehouse until the following business day. Pick up day is counted as Day 0.

After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account. Tracking information may also be accessed by visiting (evapeshop.com.pk/orders) after logging in.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of evapeshop, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Evapeshop strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Evapeshop is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.
Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:
Evapeshop strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s Pakistan address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, Evapeshop is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Orders may be edited up to 30 minutes after being placed. After that time, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you wish to make a change on your order.
Due to the volume of orders Evapeshop receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request.
Sales Tax:We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments.
Some states have specific laws regarding the sale and shipments of our products. If you do not see your state in the drop down menu when placing your order, that means we have currently stopped shipping to your state pending review of your state's regulation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
